How to Make Yogurt
Yogurt is very easy to make. You will need fresh milk; cow, goat or soy, pasteurized or unpasteurized, whole, 2% or non-fat all work. Also you will need a thermometer with a minimum range of 100 through 180 degrees, a jar and a way to keep the yogurt warm. Some people use a heating pad or if you have a gas stove with a pilot light, this will keep the interior of the oven at around 80 to 100 degrees, which is perfect for the yogurt...
